About this property

Remodelled 3 Bdrm Grand Champions Villa with Full Ocean View and New Central A/C

We're very excited to offer our returning and our new guests our Maui home, which includes full remodels to the kitchen and both baths.

Not pictured: We have replaced all of our noisy inefficient window box A/C units with a quiet and efficient A/C system throughout the condo. Each room has its own separate thermostat. (Note that the bunkbed room has a wall mounted fan).

One of our guests observed 'the pictures of this place are nowhere near how lovely it is. This is a great condo. We thoroughly enjoyed it and all that Maui has to give. Thanks for sharing. Everything was better than home!'

There are only a handful of these 1400 square foot 3 bdrm 2 bath second floor corner units in the entire resort and very few are available for rent. This elegantly appointed unit offers a panoramic full ocean view from the spacious lanai. The unit is located on the second floor of a two-story building, with a private corner location. No other units are visible from this location.

The elegant tropical decor offers a relaxed setting for a family vacation, or special get away. The modern floor plan offers a master suite (king-size bed), a guest bedroom (two twin-beds that can be converted to a king), a third bedroom (twin day bed and twin trundle bed), and a nautical style 'bunk room' with twin bunk beds, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. We have free high speed internet access.

Ulua and Wailea beaches are each under a mile away, and a very manageable walk. If you have a lot of gear to bring along wih you to the beach, both Ulua and Wailea beaches have public parking (Ulua Beach has ample parking while Wailea Beach is more limited). Ulua has been named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America; and Wailea Beach, which fronts both the Grand Wailea and the Four Seasons Resorts has been named one of the Top 10 Beaches in Hawaii.

Even closer to our place, the Shops at Wailea are under a 1/2 mile away and offer fabulous dining and shopping.

Our condominium is convenient to the Wailea Tennis Club, and Wailea's world famous Blue, Emerald and Gold Golf Courses. For a vacation you will not soon forget, come to our luxury villa in Wailea, you will not be disappointed!

Our family had wonderful stay! The property is much more beautiful than photos online. Clean spacious and extremely comfortable beds! Ocean views with the most spectacular sunsets. Quick walk to shopping and beaches and pool.

Family getaway with adult children

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo! It was sparkling clean, everything we needed for a day at the beach was available for our use, the kitchen was well equipped for making meals and the furniture/beds were comfortable. Great vacation

Our stay here was great! The area was nice and quiet, and the ocean view was nice. It’s bigger than a lot of similar places we considered, which is good when you have teenagers. The bunk room is probably perfect for families with small kids, but my teenagers just ended up sharing the room with the twin beds. It got a little warm in the bunk room. Would definitely stay here again!

The view is amazing

We stayed here 11 nights for our family vacation. The Wailea location is amazing! You can walk to restaurants and shopping, it’s also a short drive from the local beaches. The condo has all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen with all the necessities. Most of all, we loved the view- beautiful sunsets! Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent and fun. Comfortable beds, great location, beautiful views and wonderful birds nearby. The grounds are excellent with 2 pools close by. We had 5 adults and it was perfect. Walking distance to the resorts and shops.

Fabulous

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely apartment with loads of room for myself and 3 adult children. Great kitchen, very well kitted with everything you would need incl. proper kitchen knives which was brilliant (and unusual!!). Super location too and walkable to restaurants and beaches. Can absolutely recommend!

Beautiful condo in Wailea area

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. It's conveniently located close to beautiful beaches, the Shops at Wailea, and activities. The condo matched the online description and was well furnished. The lanai is large with a beautiful view of the ocean. The grounds are well kept and the owner was very responsive with question. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the a variety of beaches - especially Ulua Beach, which is perfect for snorkling. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful vacation rental in Wailea

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is spacious, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It was so nice to have everything we needed for beach outings on hand (chairs, umbrella, lots of towels, even sand toys for our kids). And as it was quite hot when we were there, we did appreciate the air conditioning. The view was also fantastic! We took tennis lessons at the tennis club which is next door. And Ullua Beach was perfect for our children as the water was calm and also great for adults to snorkel. We would love to return some day!

Amazing condo, host and unbeatable views!

Our stay was exceptional! The views, especially of the ocean and sunsets, were spectacular. The location was perfect for our family, right across from the pool, and the spacious condo had everything we needed. Our evenings were filled with fun, playing games like Monopoly and Uno around the large dining table. The kids loved their bunk bed room! All rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The main living area was great for dinners, visiting and playing games. Hosts David and Tara were kind and responsive, quickly fixing a minor issue with the shower drain and check-in and check-out was simple and seamless. We can’t wait to return for another memorable stay!

Gorgeous sunsets and roomy condo in upscale Wailea

The location of this condo is at a higher point of the division, and nestled amongst lush trees (overlooking the tennis and pickle ball courts), providing more privacy and a gorgeous ocean view. Sunsets on the lanai made dinner reservations much less appealing! We cooked many of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked, even toilettries were available in the showers, making it much easier to settle in. The surroundings in Wailea are unmatched, paired with the wonderful condo and responsive managers - it was perfect!

A well appointed condo to spread out in

Tara and David’s Wailea condo was the perfect Maui home base for our multigenerational family vacation. The condo itself is large, tastefully decorated and has all the little details that make for a great trip in Hawaii, like beach towels, coolers and beach chairs (really game changing for beach hopping.) The condo is comfy and feels like home. There was lots of space to spread out in. Beds were super comfortable. It’s the perfect location on the amazing property - close to pool, sweeping views of the ocean, spacious wraparound lanai. Thank you for being part of our amazing Maui vacation. We hope to be back!

Wonderful place!

David and Tara's place was perfect for our family of 5. This is a beautiful second floor unit with a huge lanai. It was great to wake up in the morning and have our coffee and papaya on the lanai and enjoy the view. The central air units and ceiling fans made it very comfortable and the high ceilings added to the spaciousness of the condo. The place was comfortably and tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed. David was extremely responsive with his communications which was very nice. This was our first time staying in Wailea (we've staying in Kihei before) and found it to be very pleasant, close to the shops, and to the beach walk. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful location.

This is a fabulous condo. Everything we needed was in the condo. There were sufficient bedrooms for our family, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, lots of plates, glasses etc etc. The lanai looks onto the ocean and coming from a land locked province this was incredibly enjoyable. There was an issue with the A/C hence the 4 stars. The owner communicated the problem to us about a week or so before we arrived which was appreciated. However it was too late to book anywhere else and he kindly offered us a full refund. Nonetheless we arrived and were able to be comfortable. David is a very good communicator. I would have loved a comfy outdoor couch on the lanai but that just a minor observation. I would recommend this property.It is perfect for families and just across from the pool and BBQs. Should we return to Maui I’d like to stay there again.

We love Maui and we especially love our home away from home in Wailea. The kids run straight for the bunkbed room when we get there. We go straight for the lanai.

We purchased our vacation rental at Grand Champions because we wanted to be in Wailea, and we fell in love with the spacious and family friendly unit.

What makes this property unique

We are within easy walking distance of the Shops at Wailea, and typically take a stroll down there for icecCream or a coffee drink. And it is only another couple blocks either way to two of the best beaches on Maui, Ulua and Wailea beaches.
