Couldn’t ask for a better located or equipped condo. The views were fantastic and we were very happy to use the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers (in a selection of sizes!). Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This unit was great. It had plenty of space and was pleasant for the 4 of us. The unit is close to both pools and has a nice view of the golf course. The location is close to beaches and restaurants. The area was generally pretty quiet and friendly.

This condo was Beautiful! It was like being at home while you were on vacation. The views from the balcony are incredible. The sea life pictures on the walls were amazing! Very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. The only negative thing I can say is the bathrooms needed brighter lights.

Lovely stay in Wailea

We had a lovely time in Heather's property. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is a short drive from the Wailea beach and the host provides everything you can need to enjoy it (umbrella, cooler, beach chairs). If you want ocean front access to the water and the more active beach ambiance this isn't for you, but the nearby resorts offer great dinning and drink options. We had the best food in the island near wailea.

This condo was an amazing stay! Great views of the golf course and the ocean, fully stocked kitchen (hard to find some times). The fire alarm battery beep started on our second day and the owner/management quickly fixed it before the end of the day - would have been very annoying when trying to sleep. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks again!

Beautiful view from the deck onto the 2nd hole of the Blue golf course. It was where everyone gathered for morning coffee and nightly drinks. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning so everyone happy. Lots of fun had at the pool with people we met in the complex.

This property does have an amazing view, and you can watch the sunset from the lanai. It's a second-floor unit so taking luggage up the stairs in a chore. 6 people is tight here due to one room really being an office with a pull down murphy bed. Fit our basic needs for a short stay.

Spectacular is an understatement!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous, and our stay felt incredibly too short because of it. We utilized all of the bedrooms, and they were comfortable and cool with air conditioners. The living room was a nice place to hang out, we cooked three meals in the kitchen (eating the rest at just a few of the numerous spots nearby), and enjoyed the view every day. It is truly the spectacular part of this listing, and combined with the upscale location, we’re definitely interested in visiting again!!

Comfortable Condo with Exceptional Oceanview & Golf Course!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very spacious. The ocean view was better than expected. Two nice pools w/ Hot Tubs & BBQ’s. Short walk or easy drive the Shops of Wailea & some of the nicest beaches on Maui. Full kitchen along with Washer & Drier made our stay very even better. Our host Heather was very friendly and responsive to all our questions and other messages. We highly recommend this condo for a family visit. Or, good for three couples traveling together. Especially since there are 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Aloha…

Pros & Cons

This condo has Pros and Cons... Pros: - View of ocean - Location for walking to shops & restaurants - General cleanliness (with the exception of showers - see below for more details) - Easy parking in complex & pool across the parking lot Cons: - Both showers have mold/mildew issues (master shower is worse) - Both bathrooms need remodels (hallway bathroom is musty-smelling and dark) - Bedroom doors are louvered (with open slats) so even with doors closed you can hear everything going on in the condo (not good for light sleepers!) If the bathrooms were remodeled and furniture was updated, this would be a 5 star review!

Why they chose this property

In 2012 while in Maui on vacation my husband and I got engaged. When we were planning our wedding we couldn't think of a better place to spend our special day with all our friends and family then the most beautiful place in the world. Joined by 32 of the most important people to us in 2015 we were married at the Fairmont Kea Lani. Since getting engaged we have spent between 6-8 weeks a year on Maui and always go out for our anniversary which falls during my favorite time of year, WHALE season. There is nothing we have not done or anything we have not seen. Still every day we are there something takes my breath away and it doesn't matter how long we have been there for I still cry like a baby when it time to leave. This island holds such a special place in our hearts for so many reasons and from the moment we landed back in 2012 we knew we want our own slice of paradise. We actively looked for a place to call our own for 4 years until we found the PERFECT one

What makes this property unique

From the moment we saw the views and how spacious it was we knew this home had to be ours. The pictures truly don't do the views any justice. It is the most beautiful unobstructed clear shot of the ocean that I had seen in a condo and in 4 years we looked at A LOT of them. Overlooking the fairway was just the icing on the cake. For me there's nothing more special the be able to watch whales playing in the deep blue pacific from my kitchen while I was cooking, or eating breakfast from the lanai or just relaxing in the living room. It being such a large 3 bedroom, which is not common for the area meant there was enough room for all the people I love. Past trips we would invite friends and family along and would end up having to rent another unit to accommodate everyone. Not here, with such an open floor plan we never felt "on top of each other" and never once did I feel like I was living in a "condo''. The building is positioned just right so the trade winds flow freely through the entire home. Having the dual sliding glass doors open up to the huge lanai is really perfect for that indoor/outdoor living that makes Maui so special because you can enjoy it year round.
