About this property

Nestled in the heart of Mammoth Lakes

We offer an upstairs studio with loft with one full kitchen and two full bathrooms. There is a king size bed, a twin bed and a queen size sofa, bed, the kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities provided. There is Wi-Fi and two smart TVs. The loft serves as a large one bedroom with attached full bathroom. There is a fireplace woodstove with wood provided. There are also wall heaters so you will stay nice and warm We can serve a maximum of four guests. The main windows are west facing getting the most sunlight. There is a ski shuttle at the corner of the entrance of the complex about 200 feet away that serves Eagle Lodge and it runs every 15 minutes close by are the town buses they can take you to the main lodge of Mammoth Mountain ski area, the village and transfer base for the lake space and trolleys that carry trailers accommodating 20 bicycles for free so you can ride down from the lakes

This was a perfect stay for my wife, dog, and me. It had everything we needed, was located in a great spot, and Damon was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time stayin in Damon's place. The place was exactly as described. It was very warm and cozy. The fireplace was a nice touch. I love all the towels available and the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is a nice touch. Damon is an excellent host. He is very quick to respond and very helpful. He also let us have a later checkout. Awesome overall!

Amazing location!

We had such a great stay. The host was so easy to communicate with. We loved the location of this property. The condo was clean and has everything you need. You’re in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking was never an issue even during a holiday weekend. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped unit, with a good location in town. We walked to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the spa after a full day of hiking. We cooked one dinner and had everything we needed to do so. The complex was quiet at night with nice common areas. The owner was quick to answer our questions. We recommend!

The property (building) was a bit dated, but clean. The kitchen is well stocked, updated, and it was nice to be able to spread our food out in the fridge. It was nice to have two bathrooms to get ready in the morning. The property is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, groceries, etc. Parking is no problem. The cost of laundry is very reasonable and clean, but you must use app which was a bit of a challenge for us due to weak cell phone reception.
