Welcome to your home base in Mammoth Lakes! This 1BR/1BA condominium sleeps up to 4 and puts you close to parks, lakes, shops, restaurants, and the free winter shuttle to the slopes.
The Space:
Settle into a cozy, well-appointed condo designed for easy mountain getaways. The living room centers around a large fireplace with a flat-screen TV for movie nights, plus a DVD/VCR for classic entertainment. Step out to the private balcony for fresh alpine air.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker, along with cookware and serveware for home-cooked meals. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6, and fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts.
Sleep comfortably in the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and in-room vanity. A full bathroom with a large shower and an additional vanity serves all guests. The living room sofa converts to a sleeper for two more guests. Shared laundry facilities are available in the complex for your convenience.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Up to 2 unassigned spaces in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit. Additional parking is not guaranteed.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Winter shuttle: A free shuttle operates in winter. The Red Line goes to the Village and Main Lodge; the Green Line goes to the Village and Eagle Lodge. Schedules and routes are subject to change by the transit provider.
• Community amenities: Tennis courts are open in summer only. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ area may be unavailable due to renovations until further notice. Availability, hours, and maintenance of all communal amenities are managed by the HOA and are not guaranteed.
• Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are available in the complex.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please reach out if you need help finding a pet-friendly stay.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Walkability & nearby parks: Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Mammoth Creek Park, Twin Lakes Vista, and Shady Rest Park are within about a 5-minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

Comfy spot in a great location
Real ones know that this is the best part of town to stay in - walking distance to Distant Brewing, The Warming Hut, Latin Market, Local Scoop, and more. The king size bed was comfortable, and I am a big fan of staying on the ground floor in summer, kept the unit nice and cool. There was a spot in the front where we could lock up our bikes, and the shower had two heads. Would definitely come back.

Nice Condo!, Excellent Location. Kitchen is well stocked, living area is nice & comfortable, carpeting is clean. TV works fine, internet connection worked reliably.Bed is comfy - KingCal , and good closet space.Fridge and Range worked fine, has std toaster and also small toaster oven.Was very happy and comfortable during our stay. Will use again, when available.Things which could be improved - needs a GOOD chest of drawers - not the two drawer unit currently in bedroom.Entry Door - Needs immediate attention !!! On the verge of being Non-Operation !!!! Also it's keyed, and only one key provided, which issue issue if you're doing one thing (skiing) and your partner is doing another (touring town...). Better would be a keyless entry with simple code. AFTER THE DOOR IS REPAIRED !!!!Has fireplace and wood provided - we did not get chance to use...

A Lovely February in Mammoth
Had a really nice month staying at this location! Right next to the bus which comes every 15 minutes to take you to the mountain. very cozy vibes with the wood burning fireplace. Used the sauna and hot tub nearly every day. Quick walk to restaurants, gym, grocery store. Would recommend anybody looking to stay in mammoth to consider this location.

I'm still stinky
My main complaint was about the hot water supply. I took a 15 minute shower so did my son but when my daughter took her shower 2 minutes into it the hot water ran out. Every day the same thing only 30 minutes of hot water and the recuperation time took at least 5 hours to get more hot water. Everyone was super stinky by the 3rd day. Also the bed was very uncomfortable.
