With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and tubs, a large dining table for family meals, and plenty of space outside and on the third floor - it's the perfect house for families with young kids.

Guests can unwind on the porch or grill and lounge in the large backyard. Need more space for the kids the kids to run around? Walk over to the playground at Miantonomi Memorial Park and hike up to the old tower! Coffee, donuts, Awful Awfuls, and more are all within walking distance!

Take a quick drive or bike ride to beaches and downtown Newport. There's plenty to do locally and the house's location makes it easy to drive over to other islands and check out different neighborhoods.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Garbage must be taken to curb on Monday evenings.
Recyclables may be discarded loose into bin. $250 fee for all landfill garbage that is not bagged in bin.
Close all gates and lock garage doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to fire hazard: Space heaters and E-Battery (bikes, scooters, etc) charging are not allowed on the property. Non-compliance voids damage policy
No parties with outside guests allowed.
Only the items listed in amenities may be taken from the garage and basement. Guests section will be clearly marked.

Why they chose this property

We love that the house is close to downtown to allow us to walk home after ice cream, date nights and the ferries after Folk Fest, while still far away enough from the action to ensure a quiet night on the porch.

What makes this property unique

Like all old houses - this one has it's own personality from the original wood floors to the moulding on the door and banister.

We love that it's cozy while being big enough to host two families without feeling cramped.
