Easton's Beach has a playground, snack bar, merry-go-round, aquarium and live weekly entertainment. Middletown's Sachuest (2nd) Beach 'Surfer's End' is just 1/2 mile away with the best surfing in RI. Middletown's 3rd Beach 1.5 miles away has no waves and a boat ramp with windsurfing at the north end. Just a short walk to popular restaurants and pubs including Johnny's Atlantic Beach Club and Flo's Clam Shack. The Cliff Walk and Bellevue Avenue shopping and mansions are just 1 mile away and Newport's waterfront wharfs, yachting, restaurants and shopping are 2 miles away. Great 6 days with the family

We had a lovely stay at the house. Its so well laid out, appointed with lovely decor and was clean. The kitchen was a great spot where we spent out meals, and the back deck was used every morning for coffee and the last place we all hung out at the end of the day.

Great house with plenty of space for 8 guests. We enjoyed the backyard. The upstairs bathroom shower was not draining properly, although, we let the host know so hopefully that gets resolved for the next groups.

We had a perfect stay in Middletown for the week. My husband and I were there with both of our mothers and our two young daughters. The house had plenty of space for all of us and could have accommodated a few more people, if needed. The house was very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Very satisfied with everything at the house. Check-in/out was easy. I was in the area for my wedding and was staying here with 8 people total - plenty of room for all of us, and good value compared to nearby hotels. If I could make one suggestion, shampoo and conditioner or dispensers for those would be a nice thing to add to the bathrooms.

Check-in process went smoothly and house was as pictured. The host had a binder full of info from how to use certain appliances in the house to day trip ideas! Such a helpful binder :) the house is a quick walk to the beach and small downtown area. Would definitely book again!

A Wonderful Vacation Property

The home was a perfect location for our family attending Salve Regina University’s Commencement Weekend. The house is bigger than it appears from the pictures. It was immaculate and stocked with cooking basics, spices, tea bags and coffee pods. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The manager of the property reached out to me days before we were do to arrive to answer last minute questions and was great to work with!
