My wife, Morgan and I, are both BIG fans of our local community, Wilmington NC. We love being by the ocean and finding any way we can to get outside and enjoy it. We love sharing our homes for all of our guests to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
The home is located in a quiet area that is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. With the beach, restaurants and coffee shops nearby, we always felt like there was something to do.
What makes this property unique
One of the few Classic A Frame cottages on the island. Open living at its finest with HUGE front and back porches for morning coffee or nightly cocktails.
