Welcome to the perfect Sunriver getaway! This thoughtfully appointed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom is just a 5-minute walk to Cardinal Bridge over the beautiful Deschutes River! Carefully designed for comfort, play, and relaxation, this home delivers the full Central Oregon experience with style.

The open-concept living area features a gas fireplace, ample seating, and a large smart TV, when you just want a night in to relax. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up vacation favorites, from pancake breakfasts to après-bike snacks. Share meals in the large dining area or take the feast outside to the patio and enjoy the gas BBQ and fresh mountain air.

Main Suite (cooled by portable A/C unit & Fan): Massive and serene, with a luxurious private bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower – your personal spa escape.

Queen Ensuite: Recently remodeled with heated floors, soaking tub, and a sleek walk-in shower – total pampering zone.

King Bedroom: Spacious and cozy, perfect for stretching out after a day of adventure.

House was very clean and pet friendly. Suited our family of 9 very well. House was not ready for us when we arrived at 6:00. I think the housecleaning staff was shorthanded. They were very apologetic and welcomed us in as soon as they could.
