10 Stag Lane - Family/Dog Friendly Cabin, across from tubing hill and SHARC

Welcome to our relaxing family and dog-friendly cabin. With vaulted ceilings throughout and a fully-stocked kitchen, you can be assured a comfortable and unique experience. Located near Sunriver Village, within sight of the tubing hill and across the street from the SHARC, you can experience all the activities it has to offer. This home has 6 bikes for your use to ride throughout Sunriver and a hot tub to relax you when you are done. This home includes 6 SHARC passes and is a 1/2 mile walk to Sunriver Village.

This home has two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and a loft. The two main bedrooms are the first floor. The living room has a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a flat screen TV with streaming and Blu-ray player. The main bedroom, has an ensuite bath and queen Nectar mattress and TV with streaming. The guest bedroom has a new spring queen mattress. Both bedrooms have Roku streaming. The loft has two, twin XL beds. We also have 2 self-inflating twin air mattresses and bedding. The air mattresses are in the loft, inside a wooden chest. All mattresses have been replaced in the last two years.

There is a folding desk in the closet of the guest bedroom. It includes a dedicated outlet, power strip, swivel-mount monitor, lamp and an office chair, but not terribly comfy. Laptop not included. Internet speeds are 150 Mbps up and down.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen should have everything you need to cook a full meal. We have a coffee maker and a Keurig in the pantry.

We have a short folding dog fence in the hall closet as well as a dog gate and x-small dog crate out in the garage. Crate dimensions of 22.5" L x 13.5" W x 16" H.

We have a Hold-em style poker table hanging on the wall in the garage, and it includes 10 folding chairs. The ping pong table has been setup in the garage and there are string lights hanging from the rafters.


Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

Well-behaved dogs welcomed, limit of 2 please, pet fee applies.

There is a doorbell camera that records when motion is detected and a live-stream can be viewed remotely, real-time, any time of the day.

SHARC passes do not allow access to owner fitness center, owner pool and other owner-specific amenities.
