We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and natural beauty. Nestled in one of Bentonville’s newest resort-style communities, the area is peaceful yet incredibly close to the action—just minutes from Crystal Bridges Museum, downtown dining, The Momentary, and world-class bike trails.
What we enjoy most is the direct access to outdoor adventures through the Razorback Greenway tunnel, along with the walkability to art, culture, and events. It’s a vibrant, welcoming area that feels like a retreat while still keeping you connected to everything Bentonville has to offer.
