Red Pine Condominiums es un gran complejo con aproximadamente 24 edificios ubicados debajo de la estación de esquí más nueva y más grande de Utah, The Canyons. Red Pine se encuentra a poca distancia del Cabriolet (góndola del estacionamiento) o puede tomar el transporte gratuito desde Red Pine a cualquiera de los resorts de Park City (Park City Mountain Resort y Deer Valley Resort), todos ubicados dentro de 3-4 millas. La unidad tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con ollas y sartenes nuevas, muchos platos y utensilios, así como una olla de barro, tostadora y cafetera. Fuera de la cocina hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora / secadora. El salón tiene una chimenea de leña (leña incluida), cómodos muebles de gran tamaño, televisión por cable y conexión WiFi gratuita. Hay un gran balcón fuera de la sala de estar. Deje caer sus esquís y chaquetas dentro del armario de abrigos justo cuando abra la puerta principal. Mucho espacio adicional en el armario, incluida una despensa, en toda la unidad.

Awesome Place for family

Great location, perfect for family of 4 skiers/boarders, fully stocked kitchen, great community pool and hot tub, walking distance to cabriolet lift. Can't beat the price and location highly recommend.

Great property

We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was as described. We had plenty of room and the property was clean. The host was great to deal with. He was very responsive. The location and shuttle service during ski season can’t be beat. It is not a new property but it is a great value for your money. We appreciated having a bbq grill on the deck. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Yearly ski trip

Been to other Vrbo vacation condos. This had the best set up very happy with the space. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Quality furniture comfortable beds. Close to the slopes in a nice areaPhil is very responsive to needs and questions. Very easy process to rent and stay at. Would rent again

Canyons access was great

Phil’s place was conveniently located and we would definitely stay here again. He was always quick to respond (even though we didn’t need much) and made my first Park City experience a great one.

Great apartment

Phil was available on email when we needed any help. The apartment is cosy and lovely. The space is perfect for our family with teens. Close to lift for skiing and easy free taxi service to get to the village center. We loved it.

Great stay

Property is located in 5 min walking to the bottom of the cabriolet that gets you to the base of the Canyons. Clean apartment. Everything worked fine except the washing machine, which I am sure that Phil will fix or replace. Phil was super responsive and helpful.

Excellent accommodation for the price

There were 5 of us. Blended family so it was nice to have separate sleeping areas. Location was wonderful. Shuttle to the mountain or taking the cabriolet lift worked really well. Hot tub was not far but be prepared to walk outside. The outdoor hot tub keys were not working but the water was hot. The outdoor pool was very nice and warm also.

U-Taahhh!

The location was everything we expected. Utilizing the free Canyons pick up service to take us to the gondola (although we could have walked to the cabriolet) and the fare-free bus services to Park City was the icing on the cake for our stay at Canyons. Phil (Host) was quick to respond to any email query that we had, and the condo was well stocked. Good value! We are already planning for next year.

Great Location

The condo was very close to the Cabriolet lift that takes you to the base of the mountain. We valet our skis so it was an easy walk to the lift. The condo was clean and comfortable to easily sleep a family of four. The condo had all the basics allowing for us to make some of our own meals. Washer and dryer is nice to have. The shuttle service to the mountain and downtown is very convenient so we did not need a car. However, be aware there can be a wait during busy times. We loved the hot tub, pool and sauna. Phil was a great communicator and very easy to work with. Would stay there again.

Long Weekend

We had the pleasure of staying at this gem for 5 nights in January. Property is conveniently located to all Park city has to offer. Just a short walk will take you to park city transit station where the cabriolet will bring you up to ski slopes. The bus transit is there also which can take you around Park city for restaurants and other entertainment. This rental is equipped with all kitchen needs as well as stocked with shampoo body wash kitchen soap dishwashing detergent washing machine detergent etc. Rental even has a propane pizza oven on the patio. Beds were so comfortable everyone had a good nights sleep. Included in the clubhouse is a heated pool and two hot tubs along with sauna. We can’t wait to head back.

Ski Vacation

The location was fantastic! We walked or took the free shuttle from the condo to the Cabriolet lift every day. We rented a truck but didn't really need to. The public transportation was great. The condo was well stocked with everything.... detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, firewood, etc. The 2nd "bedroom" was a loft with open walls and no door which was a little weird, but we made it work. The property manager was great! I reached out to him a few times before our trip with questions and he was always quick to respond. Our only complaint was the hot tub hours. It was only open from 12pm-9pm. The evening wasn't a big deal but it seemed crazy that we couldn't use it until noon! We are all early risers so it was a huge let down not to be able to use the hot tub in the mornings. All and all we had a great stay! I would definitely stay there again, especially if we could use the hot tub in the mornings!

Ski chalet

2 story chalet was very well stocked and in a good location. We mainly used The Canyons Shuttle which was terrific and easy with app to get to the mountain and the bus stop. The chalet is in need of a remodel with much creaking of the floors particularly the floor in second story loft which happens to be right above the master. The unit has limited outlets in bedrooms for charging tech. Shower whistled when running warm water. Slate floor was not clean upon arrival, table was sticky and dishwasher was full (we were not sure if dishes were clean or not). Pocket doors in kitchen were very old and flimsy. Door lock for sliding glass door to patio was a wooden stick stuck in groove. As others have mentioned, it is a one bedroom on first floor and an open loft upstairs with a queen and 2 twin beds sharing a bath. We did enjoy the heaters in the baths. All appliances worked appropriately. Owner was good to work with.

Cabriolet lift

The listing was accurate. Most importantly, you would book this property for location to Cabriolet gondola. It’s literally steps from that lift.. The communication was smooth and timely. They were very accommodating. This is a budget rental, so if you only want to space to stay at a really good price- this works. No bells or whistles and 1 tv only in living room. The loft with twins and bedroom upstairs are sharing bathroom and no wall/ there is a door/but loft is open so it’s very open between those two rooms. Private bedroom is on main floor. I was staying with two teen boys that ski black diamonds and that’s why we needed to be near Cabriolet lift.

Great location

For the money, we couldn’t have asked for a better set up and the van service was excellent, they have an app that works like Uber and the van took us to the lifts and back quickly and free.

Convenience of location to ski area

Compact. Stairs to loft very steep. Accommodates 4 nicely rather than 6. Shuttle service very convenient and easy to use.
