Terrible experience. First I was told same day I was going to check in that they couldn’t accommodate the dates that I had reserved previously. Listing says property has AC. Got there no AC. Property was dirty. My family and I left after an hour and asked owner to refund stay with no luck. I have attached pictures of how property was when I arrived. VRBO didn’t do much to help.

We were extremely excited and happy to host these guests. However, he did not respect the guests limit and wanted to have a party in the house which was against our house rules. When we refused his request, he started looking for any reason to cancel. We offer portable a/c in the unit. The house is extremely clean. He dirty the carpet and put a hair on it... We have clean the light switches in the house, we will like our future guests to simply respect our house rules and enjoy their stay. We are always available when our guests need us because we believe in providing an excellent hospitality and making our home welcoming to our lovely guests
