Just a 7 minute walk to the vibrant Thames Street waterfront area, and about 1.2 milea to First Beach/Easton’s Beach and Cliff Walk. Hardwood flooring, recessed lighting throughout, modern fully stocked kitchen with Quartz counter tops, shaker cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Bathroom has custom tiled shower with glass door, radiant heat flooring, rain style shower head, and separate shower wand to get the sand off when you return from the beach! Bedroom includes Queen sized bed, sectional couch in living room has full sized pull out bed. Unit is AIR CONDITIONED.
