Ce charmant appartement avec tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers dispose de deux chambres avec lits queen, 1 salle de bain, salon, cuisine et une entrĂ©e privĂ©e. Nouveaux planchers de bois franc et nouvelle moquette. Un parking dans la rue est prĂ©vu pour une voiture et trois nouveaux climatiseurs vous garderont Ă  l'aise. Everything about our stay was excellent! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had all you need- down to the q tips, comfy clean sheets and towels and well equipped kitchen ! We stayed for four nights and would feel comfortable staying for a much longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. Barbara was a wonderful host. Even with extremely wet weather we had for a portion of our stay, the home was comfortable enough to enjoy every moment of our vacation. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great property, and close to everything we needed to get to. Great kitchen, never have seen so many items in a kitchen in any rental period. As close to home as it gets. Rental was spotless, beds comfortable, linens and bath towels and cloths very nice. Could not ask for a better place and better host. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful stay!

Great location, very clean, and very quiet. Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation to explore Newport. The Cliff Walk and Mansions are walkable. The Tennis Hall of Fame with its grass courts just seconds away is a great area to relax and watch tennis. The grocery store is also next door which is ideal. Just a great place to stay!

Barbara was a lovely host. She is kind, polite, and welcoming. She took time to meet our kids, let us use the backyard swingset, and had fresh cut flowers waiting in a vase for us upon arrival. The home itself is gorgeous, clean, and filled with every amenity a family of four will need. We are already planning a return trip to Barb’s house!!

There were two sets of stairs but we were able to use the stair lift, as we had a leg injury. Very convenient, very great full.

This was a great place for our family to stay! It was a great location and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The house was nice

We had an amazing time at Barbara’s property. It’s in a fantastic location, very walkable from lots of sights in Newport. It’s got a big supermarket less than two minutes walk away. We loved playing in her private yard, and how quiet the area was. The property was ideal for what we needed as well, plenty of space even with two small children. Thank you Barbara!

Great Location

Our stay was great at Newport. Our VRBO was perfect location for walking to Newport Harbor, beaches and cliff walk. The other part that was great about this location was the grocery store less then a block away.

We are family oriented and are committed to keeping the rooms as clean, safe and comfortable as we can for our guests. The central location can't be beat. With parking so tight in Newport you can leave your car here and walk to many attractions.

Location, location, location! Guest after guest remarks on how conveniently we are located. You can park here, leave your car and walk to so many attractions. Plus, we are mostly quiet here. Although it is a short walk, we are not in the midst of bars and nightlife, so you can usually enjoy a quiet night's sleep.
We strive to keep our place as clean as possible. We have a lovely back yard where you can relax after a day at the beach, shopping, or sightseeing, or sailing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook, relax, watch TV, or play some games.
