Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in the laundry room basket. The trash can is in the garage and goes out on Tuesday nights for Wednesday collection. Exit the front door for checking out and use code provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Best VRBO we’ve stayed at! Very clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything you would need. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. This home has been our favorite place we’ve stayed in years! It’s a beautiful, spacious home with awesome appliances, super clean and in a quiet/friendly neighborhood! Perfect Beach Townhouse

This property is in the perfect location between 2 public beaches. Very close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. The house is new construction so everything was brand new and very clean. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and privacy. Wendy had the house stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely look to book here again for our next beach trip. Very quiet neighborhood.
