Please do not allow pets to be in the pool at any time or on any furniture both inside and outside the house.
Please take trash receptacles to the curb by the mailbox on Monday and Thursday mornings. Recycling bin goes to the curb on Thursdays only. Thank you!
Please no swimming with wigs or weave type hair implements as they can clog the pool filters and cause major damage.

We came down for our Christmas holiday, and with our kids now grown, it was a special time for us to reconnect. The location and space were perfect, and we loved having access to the bikes and pool. The extra touches, coffee, s’mores, games, movies, books, and the beautiful Christmas decorations made it feel like everything we needed was already there for a truly relaxing and special stay. My family and I are very happy to have a quiet and peaceful retreat home to offer out of town guests so they can explore and enjoy what our natural Florida landscape and attractions have to offer. From boating and skiing or wakeboarding to nature trails, state and national parks and theme/ amusement parks or Daytona Raceway and beaches, this location is central to them all. Bring your toys and come enjoy Natural Seminole County and Sanford/ Central Florida!!

This neighborhood is a great central area surrounded by both beaches and attractions such as state and national parks and Disney, Universal, studios, downtown Orlando and many others. My favorite part is the Sanford riverwalk by the St. Johns river and Lake Monroe that is great for sunrises and sunsets and activities such as biking, skating, and walking!

Our property is minutes away from the Cross Florida Trail that connects the East and West coasts of Florida!! This unique trail offers bike riders or seasoned walkers the ability to walk across florida without worrying about vehicle traffic!!
