About the property

The Lindley Place Cottage has been completely restored. The location and the house itself are exquisite, with Sourdough Creek just over the back fence, Bogart Park on the other side of the bridge, and on a dead end street just 4 blocks to Bozeman's downtown. Just walk across the bridge and you're at Bogart Park's weekly farmers market, also home to Bozeman's only outdoor public pool, and a large park with playground and summer band concerts.

Lindley Park, home to the Sweet Pea Festival, and Pete's Hill trails and recreation area overlooking town is just two more blocks away. And with Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies just 15 blocks away, you won't even need to get in the car to enjoy the town's splendors.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and beautifully refinished hardwood floors, brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and a covered back porch on the way to the yard complete with a fire pit. The pictures say it all, this house has been in the family for three generations and has recently been completely redone, inside and out. The basement has 8 foot ceilings and is full of daylight with large windows, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large family with tv and leather sectional sofas, and a laundry room with extra refigerator. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and one has a full size bed.

There is a tv den off of the kitchen area which also has a full size sleeper sofa. The main tv is downstairs (both have Charter cable) with new leather reclining couches. The house has Charter wifi for super fast, reliable service.

The kithen has a Euro drawer fridge with two undercounter drawers, and there is a full size fridge/freezer in the laundry room downstairs.

Bozeman Cottage is owned and operated by Paul House, a licensed property manager in the state of Montana, license # RRE-RPM-LIC-45468.

Very Nice Place

  • 5 of 5

We have been going to Big Sky/ Bozeman for lot of years, and this was the nicest place we have had. Incredible location within 4 blocks of the heart of Main Street- shopping, groceries, bars, restaurants are all right there. . Parks, hiking, and sledding virtually next door. The house itself is totally remodeled older home-plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers . Only negative that I can think of- there wasn't any spare toilet paper and we had to go out and purchase that ourselves. Otherwise, very near perfect.

Owner's Response: We always glad to hear it - the Lindley Place Cottage is a real gem! On the supplies note, we always try to have plenty on hand but in case guests need something we appreciate a quick note and it will be taken care of instead of guests having to take care of it. Until next time, Paul

Lovely Home Near Downtown Bozeman

  • 5 of 5

This beautifully decorated, vintage craftsman home was a delightful place for our extended family when we attended a family wedding in Bozeman. It was comfortable, with several living spaces for relaxing, 3 very comfortable bedrooms and extra sleeping for the children. We loved the big yard and were delighted to be able to walk to easy family hikes as well as to downtown. We hope to book this lovely home for future family events.

Great House/Great Location

  • 5 of 5

We spent several days in Bozeman with longtime friends. The house was perfect for us (3 couples) and a great location for exploring Bozeman (very short walk to Main St.) and trips to Yellowstone. Everything about renting the house was easy and the property manager was always responsive to my questions.

A Wonderful Family Home in Bozeman

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week celebrating a wedding in Bozeman and Lindley Place Cottage was the perfect home base for our extended family...spacious, comfortable and very attractive. Easy walking distance to downtown and to some great in-town walks. Backs up to a park and has a nice yard for children and for grownups....we are ready to plan our next stay!

The perfect holiday base in Bozeman

  • 5 of 5

We have just enjoyed a great holiday in Bozeman and the surrounding area while staying at Lindley Place Cottage. The property is well equipped, very comfortable and ideally placed within easy walking distance of the centre of the city. It made for a perfect base to explore the Gallatin Valley, Yellowstone and the whole area and we would definitely rent again when we return to the area.
