Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn heat to 50 degrees and turn off air conditioners
Clean grill and secure propane tanks (if used)
Don't forget to leave renter bands (fee $ if lost) and keys for golf cart
Park golf cart in garage, return all beach chairs/toys/towels/coolers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
