If you are in the mood for a romantic escape to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this one bedroom and one bathroom condo is an ideal place for you to stay. Relax in the nicely furnished living area when you need a break from your recreational outings, and enjoy the flat screen television and the separate DVD and VCR players. If you are in the mood for preparing meals, the kitchen has a flat top range, and plenty of cookware is within easy reach. Two stools are at the breakfast bar, and table with four chairs is adjacent to a fully mirrored wall. If you are a fan of outdoor dining, a table and four chairs are on the balcony. In your master bedroom suite are a king-size bed, a flat screen television, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and combined tub and shower.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Scenic Overlook

As stated in the star ratings this property was clean and is in a good geographic location. View from the balcony was gorgeous especially in evening when beach was quieter and sun was setting. Staff is friendly and the grounds are well kept. Highly recommended for families or couples.

Beautiful Beach with inlet view

We have visited Orange Beach several times before and love it. This was not our favorite condo as it was a little dated and the bed was not comfortable. The bedroom had wall-to-wall carpeting that was dirty and needs to be replaced. While I understand it was Memorial Day weekend, the common areas were not well cleaned. In particular, the women's restroom from the pool and beach area was nasty. The good news is we had gorgeous weather and love the beautiful beach and view of the boats coming and going from the bay.
