Very nice room and location!

I have stayed at Phoenix West before. It is a nice and a great location. On this stay one of the elevators was not operational which made going and coming take longer. Also it would be great to have restrooms near the pool area rather than have to go up two floors and through the check in area to get to them.

This property is just fine for a quick beach trip! The bunks in the hall are perfect for smaller kids, I’d say under 12. Location is good, condo was clean and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Condo is a little outdated and had some wear and tear, but overall it was suitable for what we needed.

Property was as said it would be with a couple hiccups...not at the fault of the property owners

The property was a nice stay and as promised. The only hiccups were the first few days one of the two elevators was broke down...which they did get fixed. The other hiccup was that apparently not all guests can read the no smoking policy which for every day/night we were there it was difficult to stay out on the balcony due to surrounding guests either smoking cigs or weed or both. Hard to enjoy the space outside if you are not a smoker. But otherwise, very good.

Great location overall clean. Patio slider door dirty or moisture got between windows & was very cloudy hard to see outside. Sofa is very very uncomfortable needs replacing. Bed needs to be replaced one side has broken down it is like sleeping in a hole. Toaster didn't work but other than that kitchen was fine. Sink in bathroom leaked floor covered in water.

We came down for spring break. It’s our first time visiting here. The property was clean, easy to find and has a awesome view. It’s close to many attractions and restaurants... we recommend “The Original Oyster House” and if you go to Pensacola (30 minute drive give or take) the “Coffee Cup” is a hidden gem for breakfast and lunch.... we will definitely be back to the Gulf Shores....
