This property was perfect for visiting our daughter at UCF. Most places we planned to go were within 20 minutes of where we were. Everything was clean and as pictured. Richard is an excellent host, easy to communicate with and even checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Richard was an amazing host and everything you see and read about this rental is on point. Great location, quiet neighborhood and the rental was clean, updated and cozy. We highly recommend this rental and we will be seeking to rent it again when we come back to Orlando.

This place was great for my family of 4. We each had our own space to relax and sleep. Everything was clean and in working order. Good communication also the whole week-long trip.

This property was exactly what I was hoping for. It was myself, my daughter and granddaughter. It was so easy to find. The beds are amazing. I haven’t slept this soundly in years. I will definitely book the residence again. I wouldn’t change one thing. You can’t go wrong booking this beautiful property. My first VRBO experience and I couldn’t have asked for more. I felt so at home. Thank you!!
