With vaulted ceilings, skylights, and approximately 2,000 square feet of living space arranged over two levels, this home offers both comfort and convenience. The free bus stop is only 0.3 miles away, making it easy to get around without a car. Additionally, this property is serviced by the on-demand shuttle service from Deer Valley Resort. You can schedule a pickup right outside the condo and be dropped directly at the base of the ski resort using their app on your phone!

Living Room: Open to the kitchen and dining area, featuring a gas fireplace and 75" HDTV. New Crate & Barrel furniture is arriving soon, including a large sectional for plenty of cozy seating.

Sunroom: A fun, light-filled bonus space with bean bag chairs and a TV—perfect for kids and gaming.

Dining Area: Seats 6 comfortably at the dining table, with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for meal preparation and entertaining. Includes a bar table with chairs—great for laptops or casual dining.

Primary Suite (Main Level): King bed + twin bed, luxurious spa bathroom (fully renovated).

Second Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen bed + twin bunk beds, ensuite bathroom (also accessible from the loft).

Third Bedroom (Upper Level): King bed + twin bunk beds, ensuite bathroom.

Loft: Queen sofa sleeper with TV, shares access to the second bedroom’s bathroom.

Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms in total, including a second full bath on the main level.

This property is beautifully remodeled and has all the comforts of home. The location is close to the base of Deer Valley and convenient to walking trails. The staff at Alpine Ski Properties were very attentive. We had an amazing stay and plan on returning!
