A DOWNHILL CONDO IN SILVER LAKE WITH FABULOUS MOUNTAIN VIEWS! This Ridge condo is located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resortļæ½ļæ½s mid mountain community, and has convenient access to the free bus and the lifts at Silver Lake. There's a stunning view of Deer Valley Resort through the large living room and master bedroom windows.

With approximately 2200 square feet of living space on three levels, this condo is spacious and well appointed. The main level includes the living room adjoining the kitchen and dining area, with vaulted, wood paneled ceilings and hardwood flooring. The fireplace is floor to ceiling rustic stone with a beautiful, carved wood mantel. There is a deck off the living room with a large gas BBQ. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite, and downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the access to the private hot tub.

Living Room: Elegant European style furnishings, gas log fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, CD stereo.

Kitchen: Very well equipped for cooking meals. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring.

Dining Room: Seating for 8 at dining table, 4 stools at counter/bar.

We came to Park city to ski and attend Sundance Film Festival. This place has a great location to downtown Park city and Deer Valley Ski resort. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us. We will be back

Great condo, easy walk to slopes

My friends and I had a great stay at this condo for our Deer Valley ski trip in early March. The walk to the slopes was around 10 minutes, which is not bad at all even in ski boots. The space was great, kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub came in great use. We would definitely return.

Great Location. Plenty of space

My family of 5 stayed at the condo and skied 4 days. It was a 7 minute walk to condo from bottom of ski run (according to Google). It was easy and the fact that they check your skis and poles right there is perfect. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need (I've stayed at places that were stocked worse and ones that were stocked better). Hot tub worked great (a little tight maybe for 4 adults). Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrific location just a few minutes walk to the silver lake restaurants and chairlifts. Plenty of space - we had three adults and four teenagers and it was just fine for us all. Kitchen is very well equipped. Had a little trouble getting assistance on the weekend - phone number given didnā€™t work and we did not have a garage opener and the keypad code given was not correct. Never got the keypad working. Also had some trouble getting fireplace working but someone came to help. Furniture getting a bit worn out as others have noted in reviews. Carpet tack in upstairs bedroom coming through and needs be fixed so someone else doesnā€™t get hurt.

Great place in Deer Valley

The place was as described. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was so nice after a long day of skiing. We didnā€™t walk to the lift but my wife did drop us off every morning. It was a 3 min drive. Hate walking in ski boots and seemed a bit far for that but I might be in the minority when it comes to walking in ski boots. Would recommend

We LOVE Deer Valley!!

Excellent location & walking to lift and convenience to the silver lake lodge area. We enjoyed the view from inside the condo and all very comfortable we had a great time! Few suggestions are the fireplace needs to be repaired, a few supplies (napkins, extra roll paper towels etc) and more than 10 forks would be nice. We could not get fireplace to work, property management was responsive and sent someone out twice but we could still not get it to stay lit and did not get to enjoy the fireplace. We stayed for 7 nights. Supplies were enough for few days and limited. Just call or see before getting to the market to see what you may need. Furnishings a bit tired. Weā€™d recommend and we did enjoy our vacation ski week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Simply, AMAZING! The condo just felt so cozy and warm, with each room appointed as explained in the listing. The photos are real and everything mentioned is in place. Walking to the base area is completely doable, even for your laziest skier. Not to mention you will be happy with the FREE overnight ski storage at the base. Just a couple things to consider if you book this condo: we had a pickup truck rental, and we were able to get it in the garage with only a couple inch clearing of the wall and garage door. There is no street parking and you cannot park on driveway as it will block the neighbor. The dresser in the master bedroom needs to be fixed / replaced as there are no drawers that are working. Otherwise, this condo is so peaceful and quiet. The owners really care about their home and it was a pleasure to share with them. Vielen Dank!

Great condo walkable (10 minutes) to the ski lift. The home is decorated nicely and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. A nice large dining table with plenty of banquet seating was lovely. The dishwasher broke while we were there and was never fixed. The bedding and mattress in the master bedroom could use an update.Everything else was great!

Great spot!

Great place, great location. Walk is under 10 minutes to deer valley slopes, comparable to walk from some of the parking lots (set Silver Lake Lodge as your walking destination). Hot tub was great after days of skiing. Recommended!

Very well located, we loved the house !! There are two things that I think need to be fixed, the TV speakers of the master bedroom are damaged, also the cabinet drawers ....., the rest was very nice
