3 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home for rent. Huge swimming pool, beautifully situated in Frenchmans Cay, West end, Tortola British Virgin Islands. Fully licensed and compliant with the BVI Trade department for holiday rentals.
Quiet, peaceful and beautiful views. A gated property. Large open deck area (approx 2200 sq') designed for outdoor living. I am able to expand to 4 bedrooms (by using owner room on pre request basis).
Only 30 minutes drive to road town, 4 minutes to the West end Ferry dock, 10 minutes drive to two spectacular beaches in West End. Terrific walking location. 5 minutes walk to Sophers Hole Marina area where there is a supermarket along with bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, car rental facilities, boat rentals.
I have recently added a bar area with seating for 6 looking out over the main deck and beautiful views of the pool and ocean beyond. The 40' swimming pool is just a few steps away from the main and creates part of the magnificent views from the main house deck area. A recently expanded pool gazebo to include a shaded BBQ area and shower facility. Comfortable sun loungers and over 700 sq' of shaded area. A large pool deck area is perfect for entertaining, parties, or just sunning yourselves in the balmy tropical climate while enjoying the peace and quite which the house affords.
All bedrooms are Air Conditioned and have celling fans if you prefer.
Easy parking for 6 vehicles with additional space if needed.
The property is accessed by an unpaved dirt road (which for some can take a bit of getting used to) and requires 4 wheel drive. As the owner of the property, I am more than willing to act as your personal driver for the duration of the stay or until you are comfortable with the road.
I can offer pre provisioning services if you down want to have to spend time doing this upon arrival and I offer full and complete concierge services to assist you in making your stay here all the more relaxing and enjoyable - from arranging day trips to ferry services, spa days, watersports activities, cleaning services., cooking services, babysitting services to name but a few.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
I chose this area all those years ago for its un spoilt view, its constant trade wind breeze, and that it is East facing. I've seen some stunning sunrise over the years and in all honesty, they are much gentler than the sun set. Whilst West facing properties have some amazing views, I find this East facing location to be much much cooler during the day and into the evening. The house is located on the top of Frenchmans Cay and is accessed via a no through road which is unpaved and ensures your privacy.
