Very outdated condo. Furniture sinks. Patio furniture dirty and broken.

Always enjoy the beach no matter what. The condo is so outdated and furniture in bad shape. Balcony furniture is awful. Dirty, broken.

Needs Improvements

The condo needs a lot of improvements. Walls are definitely in need of a coat of paint. Furniture was very out dated and uncomfortable. The pull Out couch was like sleeping on the ground. The patio should have been a place to set back and relax and enjoy the sound of the waves but the patio chairs were so uncomfortable we were not able to enjoy it at all. The only thing good about our overall experience was the actual condo location.

Smelled terrible

We arrived and the room had a very heavy odor of smoke throughout the entire unit and we could not get the smell to go away even after a week. Brett Robertson staff tried to help but could not get odor to go away. We were given 2 air neutralizers and 2 different odor sprays and it did not help. We had to buy plug ins and air spray and that didn’t help. Tried to air out unit with all doors open and as soon as the doors were shut, the odor was back. It is now absorbed all of our belongings.

Beautiful waterfront views. Let’s face it. Yes we rented the property because there is not many smokers units available on the gulf. Views=smokers unit =who stays in the condo much. It was adequate. No the furniture is not new, kitchen, dishwasher,Washer dryer, all worked great. Did I mention great view and the beach was right there. Pool was good. There were grills for your use if you wanted to grill. Or walk across to Docs Seafood and Steak, the Red Slipper, or Live Bait. Walmart Neighborhood Market 1 mile has everything you need. Would I stay in this unit again. Yes if my husband still smokes or I would rent another unit in the complex if not Good 4 nights.

Unit was perfect for one couple. Good design and great view of the gulf. Could use some updates, repairs and deep cleaning. Well equipped and accommodating.
