Este hermoso 2 dormitorios tiene una gran vista no sólo desde la sala de estar, pero desde la habitación de la cama principal también. La cocina tiene los cajones de cierre suave y Cabinetry con un montón de espacio. Tiene 2 chico perezoso reclinables en la sala de estar para que pueda sentarse y ver televisión o simplemente disfrutar de la vista.

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Fourth time staying here, and as always it doesn’t disappoint. Rooms are clean, kitchen is nicely stocked up and the view from the balcony is amazing. We had a great stay!

This condo was a perfect place to stay. This was our 2nd yr of staying here. Has a perfect view and nice large balcony. Very well stocked but could use some dishcloths and large bowls with lids. Otherwise no complaints at all. Beach not crowded at all when we were there. There is a convenience market next door. Will definitely be back again!

Nice place to stay

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The condo has not been updated recently but it is still clean and comfortable. The ocean view from balcony was perfect. And the very short walk to the beach was also great!

The room was very nice and as represented in the pictures. The complex is showing its age, but it was a great value for the location. The pool was clean and nice, and the property is right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better view or easier access to the beach. I'm mobility impaired so asked the umbrella guy to set me and my family up as close to the stairs as possible. He did one day, didn't the rest, and made an issue out of putting my family together. Charged us a fee for that. It started out as 40 something dollars a day, then 15. It seemed unseemly, and would probably prevent me from renting multiple rooms here again, but I didn't take off stars for the property because I don't know if he's even associated with them. It definitely affected our stay though. 40 extra dollars a day to put our chairs together is outrageous, especially when I tipped him 100 the first day. Jerk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were extra comfortable!The balcony was private and the views were amazing. We saw dolphins on most mornings when the water was calm. It was such a fun sight! We could have spent most of the vacation just watching them play in the surf, looking out at all the families having fun on the beach, and watching/listening to the waves. Only issue was that a couple of the blinds in the guest bedroom were missing so could see out to the hallway (which means people could see in). We fixed it with a couple of towels hanging down and reported it to the front desk so hopefully it can be taken care of in the near future. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. I appreciated all the texts we received from the Nautilus giving us information about our stay or just checking in to welcome us or see how things were going. I am thankful for our vacation and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!!!
