Cozy 1-bedroom condo with heated pool in best location of wildwood crest!

Make yourself at home in this cozy 1-bedroom Wildwood Crest retreat. This adorable condo has been completely renovated and has a full sized bed, WiFi, and a refreshing shower in the huge beautiful shower! Enjoy the heated pool after a long day at the beach just 3 blocks away. The boardwalk is also within walking distance and about 6 blocks away. This is truly a great location where you are so close to everything the island has to offer. The futon also opens up to a smaller double bed for laying down after a long day in the sun or for additional sleeping room for two young/small children or one child.

The property does have parking but it is limited and on a first come first serve basis. There are no assigned spots. Parking pass for only one vehicle will be left in the unit, and if parking in one of the lots the pass must be displayed in the vehicle.

Property has wifi and guests can watch their streaming accounts. A courtesy bag of a roll of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap is provided. Linens are also provided for the bed but renters are responsible for their own beach towels. Bath towels are provided in the unit.

Also available for long term and seasonal rental options. Just reach out.

Brittons famous bakery around the corner for morning treats. You also have Bandanas, Duffers, Little Italy all just a few blocks away plus many other restaurants very close by. Stay close enough to the action to be able to walk but yet in a quieter safe family neighborhood.

Everything was perfect for a quick weekend get away for us. Dulce was super responsive to any questions we had and was extremely helpful as well. The futon is small as described in the property details, however we had one adult and one small child sleep comfortably on It. I would stay here again!

Clean, inexpensive, good location

Although the place is small, it is big on amenities as it had a well equipped kitchen and the shower felt more spacious than the bedroom, lol. All good though as it was certainly cozy, but you're not at the shore to stay in your room... and the location is great. Dulce is an A host and wouldn't hesitate from renting from again. Note, parking can be a challenge. I was told that it was an anomaly as it was 4th of July weekend. Finally, as a renter, I would suggest bringing ice cube trays as everything else was provided (even ice packs in the freezer), but unfortunately that doesn't fit in a cup/Yeti if you want to have a cocktail at the pool/beach, lol :)

The property itself was fine. It is very small, which you can tell from the pictures. Be aware, when the futon is open you can't open the door to the unit. Parking was challenging. The spaces provided were so narrow that I had to let my family in/out of the car then pull in and squeeze myself in and out. We were there for our son's soccer tournament. Another player wound up needing a place to stay and joined us. It was mentioned by the manager that we had an extra guest, so someone was watching us. That felt odd. After checking out we received a message that we would be charged $150 for breaking the futon. We absolutely did not do this! We weren't contacted to discuss, just received an email that we were being charged. They are taking advantage of their renters. We were hardly there at all, just to sleep and shower. Left everything perfect. We were sent photos of a bent leg, but not our doing. Such a negative end to our stay!

I booked a 9 day stay in the property. There was someone on the property watching us all the time. She was inappropriate and harassed us, confronting and threatening my daughter and her friend. She was lurking around and looking in the windows of the rental. The host was contacted about it and said that the person watches her property and reports issues. There are cameras all over which is not disclosed in the listing. The host was antagonistic when I brought up concerns about these privacy and surveillance violations. VRBO was contacted and spoke to the host several times but the issues continued anyway. The entire stay was awful and by far the worst experience I've ever had with a stay, and I go away several times a year. I've never had such problems and ongoing issues like the ones here. They were egregious and ruined our entire vacation! I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you enjoy peace and relaxation on your vacation.

I would highly recommend never renting to this person! They arrived at checkin to drop off two high school teenagers in case asked for ID at that time and then left and never returned and instead left two high school girls who then had their 2 high school boyfriends stay with them. The reservation was for 2 adults and this person who made the reservation was never once present! We asked them to leave and made that very clear with VRBO but they refused to leave but had such an awful stay. Instead they utilized illegal methods to jam nearby cameras to prevent proof of the unaccompanied, underaged minors, they ruined the bed and bedding, damaged the walls, left trash everywhere and placed gum on the bottoms of our furniture in hopes we wouldn’t find it but we do thorough cleanings. I was not aware it was senior week or I would have never rented this week and certainly verified proof of age and guests for check in. If you don’t want underaged and unaccompanied minors destroying your property I highly recommend never renting to this person who utilizes her ID to book for teenagers and get around the age requirements for booking and VRBO just allows it. Not sure what the point of an age requirement even is if this allowed to happen.
