This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo sleeps up to 14 guests and offers the perfect mix of comfort and style with Gulf-front views and plenty of space for the whole family.
Inside, you’ll find:
• Master Suite – King bed, private Gulf-front balcony access, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath with a soaking tub and glass walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom – Two queen beds, flat-screen TV, and private bath with a tub/shower combo and single vanity.
• Third Bedroom – Two queen beds plus two built-in twin bunks, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity (accessible from the bedroom and hallway).
• Living Room – Large sectional sofa with swivel chair, queen sofa sleeper, and plenty of seating for everyone to relax.
• Kitchen – White cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, beautiful blue-tiled breakfast bar with four barstools, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a separate wet bar with sink, icemaker, and tiled backsplash.
• Dining Area – Stylish table with seating for eight.
Step outside onto the Gulf-front balcony to enjoy breathtaking views. The balcony is furnished with Pollywood seating, including a dining table and chairs plus chaise lounges—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun.

• Flat-screen TVs mounted throughout the condo.
• Tile flooring with cozy area rugs in the living room and bedrooms.
• Spacious layout ideal for large families or groups.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
