Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, The Blue House is a peaceful waterfront bungalow perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind near Dauphin Island. With nearly 400 feet of waterfrontage, it’s a rare find—private, scenic, and full of charm.

Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails in the fully screened lounge downstairs, complete with plenty of seating and three access points. Love to fish or explore? You’ll have access to a covered boat slip with a lift, three kayaks, and some of the best fresh and saltwater fishing the Gulf Coast has to offer in West Fowl River, Pottersville Bay and Fowl River Bay—just minutes away. There’s even a covered RV shelter with 50 amp service and water for those traveling with extra gear.

Inside, the open floor plan is cozy and efficient, with a coastal vibe that instantly relaxes you. The galley kitchen includes all your basic cooking essentials, plenty of cabinets, and prep space. The dining area opens to a spacious balcony with a peaceful canal view—perfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the breeze.
