From our home you can walk the entire town, coffee shops, restaurants, Bergen Town Center Mall, NYC buses or next town over in Hackensack Take the NYC train from Essex St. Home has 4br 1 King master suite, 2 full with Jack and Jill bathroom and top floor with queen bed , bath and office space. Basement has gym, sauna, theatre and kids game room. Backyard has weber grill, paver patio . Our nanny will stop by 2 times a week to clean the home

-No SMOKING inside the apartment. If there is a sign of smoking after check out your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

-This is a family building and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
In case of any party, your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund and you will be asked to leave the premises by local authorities.

-Absolutely no visitors. The only people allowed to be in the building are the people listed on the reservation.

-Feel free to use the kitchen but clean after yourself to avoid additional cleaning fees.

- Be sure to check out by 11 am to avoid a $75 PER HOUR late check out fee (unless you've paid a fee to check out later).

- LEAVE THE PLACE CLEAN. Make sure to clean after yourself. If the place is found excessively dirty you will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee to your credit card. Please wash and return all dishes, utensils, cups and mugs after use

Pet must remain in crate if unattended

If any of these rules are broken your reservation will be terminated early without a refund and additional fees may be charged to your credit card.
