Perfect for a family vacation or as a home base for a cycling tour on the Lake Champlain Islands, this home is brand new and well-equipped. With 3 spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there's plenty of space to spread out. The living area has comfy couches and a large TV, along with a seperate card or game table. The kitchen is sparkling clean with lots of counter space and all the pots and pans you could need! The home has shared beach access and is close to local restaurants, markets, wineries, marinas, and biking trails.
