First floor Greek inspired mid term rental offers a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Quiet downtown neighborhood.
We are located :
- Next to Union college,
- Less than 10 mins walk to Proctors theatre and downtown Schenectady.
- Just over a mile to Rivers Casino and the Mohawk Harbor
About 2 miles drive to Ellis Hospital and G.E.
BEDROOM 2:
Second bedroom is small with a Twin XL bed to comfortably fit an adult.
Note: Security deposit required for guests booking and checking in same day.
The space
This is an open concept property. Newly renovated. The kitchen opens into living room and dining room.
Easy to cook while watching tv while chatting with friends.
The bathroom is in the back and the second sleeping twin bed is also in the back in a private space.
The back door opens into a large backyard with seating.
Guest access
All areas of the apartment are accessible to guests.
This includes the backyard that guests can sit and just enjoy the open air.
