We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house was very clean, in a great location, and we felt safe throughout our visit. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Convenient location, particularly if going to a UF game. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay again. Host reached multiple times. Would stay again.

The condo was centrally located. I feel David could have been a bit more accommodating with my request of a little later stay. The bathroom was small and could use a facelift.

host was very welcoming and very communicative! i appreciated how much he reached out in the event i needed anything. i just wish the place was a bit more clean. the linens that we used felt very felt clean, but the environment could have been better. there was visible dirt and things around that didn’t make the space feel as nice. other than that, i really liked the host and the location is awesome.

We were already over charged from the original price given at the time of the reservation in November by 740 dollars. Which I requested a correction and they never followed up.Then when we arrived the property had a lot of issues, we could not use the stove broken, the toilet was unstable, shower doors difficult to move. Bugs in the unit, possibly due to back door in laundry room being open when we arrived. We stay in vacation rentals several times a year all over the county, we have never had this many issues.

Overall it was an okay place to stay but it needs some attention to the bathroom and kitchen. Floors and beds were all clean. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The glass top stove had large cracks in it (host said it will be replaced soon. I let him know it was there upon our arrival), dishes needed to be cleaned before use (they were dusty) and the bathroom is in need of a remodel. The tub was stained, the shower door didn't work on one side and there appears to be either mildew or mold growing on the ceiling. It served its purpose for us for what we needed but I wouldn't stay here again until the bathroom is attended to.

The location was decent (if you don’t mind driving 15 mins to campus) and it was clean, but it was old and not well maintained. The shower door was broken and the yard was very overgrown. The neighborhood was not the greatest and the layout was very awkward.
