The spacious home features a grand room with piano and dining area, fully stocked kitchen with eating area, and a media / game room. The outdoor area features a screened-in porch, outdoor deck, basketball hoop, and large yard area.

- The booking party must be 25 years of age or older and present during the entire stay.
- Please remove your shoes inside.
- There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
- Pets are permitted with pet fee.
- All overnight guests must be registered with your reservation.
- Parties are not permitted. Please limit unregistered house guests to five additional people.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise level low, especially after 10pm.
- When leaving the house, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If an item is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- Please be respectful of the space and treat it with care. We want to ensure that all our guests arrive to a clean, happy, and inviting space!
