Charming new 4-bedroom-3.5 bathroom Family Beach/Golf House & dog friendly!

Experience coastal comfort at this new charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Pawleys Island home. Featuring a spacious, open living area, modern kitchen, and cozy bedrooms, it's perfect for relaxing getaways. Enjoy outdoor porches, nearby beaches, golf and local attractions. With modern amenities, peaceful setting and location, it’s your ideal retreat to explore and unwind on historic Pawleys Island.

This is a new 2025 house that is a short bike ride away or a leisurely walk to the beach! It takes less than 5 minutes in a car to get to the beach access.

The primary bedroom upstairs has a king bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch TV, and en suite bathroom.
The primary bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, walk-in closet, 43-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom along with a twin-size sleeper chair.
The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one full-size and the other twin-size. It also has a 43-inch TV.
The 4th bedroom consists of a trundle bed/couch, a gaming bean bag chair, a 50-inch TV with a PlayStation and Xbox for the gamers.
The 3rd full bathroom is attached to this bedroom.

The living space upstairs is an open floor plan, with a large sectional couch, two reclining chairs, a 75-inch TV, dining table that fits up to 10 people.

A well-appointed kitchen, all brand new appliances including a gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker for a coffee pot or single cups, blender, toaster, crockpot among other things.

Ground floor patio has a gas grill and small table/chairs to grill outside. Upstairs deck has a seating area.

The garage has beach toys, games, and bicycles that guests can use and take to the beach.

Craig was the man. Very clear instructions for the home and a well kept, comfortable home. Plenty of room for a good group of folks. Located in a prime area if you’d like to enjoy what Pawleys Island has to offer. We enjoyed our stay immensely thanks to this home.

The property was in pristine condition and the hosts thought of everything you could need for your trip even down to providing a dental kit if you forgot your toothbrush. You can tell they really put effort into their guests stay. Only a short drive down to the beach. My family had a great time!

Host did a great job making sure we got in and had the place looking good, clean. Responded quick to a question, available but not over present. Location is awesome for getting to Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens.

Such a great house. So cozy, clean, and convenient to all the things! We needed to communicate with the owner a few times and they were always available and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay in this awesome cottage again!

First of all, this house was immaculate. Amazing in every way. We celebrated my 50th birthday here and the house was so perfect for our family and pet! We could not have picked a better home. The host, Craig went out of his way to assist me when I forgot something. He shipped it right away and I received it so quickly. I cannot thank you enough Craig for all you did for me/us! Will definitely stay again!

House was great, furniture was very comfortable, clean and everything we needed. We brought our golf cart(we have in the past also) but we found we were not able to drive to beach access without having 2 extra stickers. And the only way to get one of them is if you reside on the island with in two miles of beach. Not a major problem but was not aware. But we also didn’t ask about golf cart privileges. So no fault of the house or property manager. We have stayed in nearby neighborhoods with VRBO and have never had a problem with golf cart to beach access. But house was great
