FOR SUMMER RENTALS: In an effort to better manage and make more affordable your experience at our condo, beginning the second to last Saturday in May and ending the first Saturday of September there is (i) a 7-night minimum stay, and (ii) only a Saturday Check In and Saturday Check Out. Located 20 miles south of Myrtle Beach - 10 minute drive to Murrells Inlet; 15 minutes to historic and revitalized Georgetown; 2 hours to Charleston; and 3-1/2 hours to Hilton Head and Savannah. This pet-friendly condo is the Perfect Vacation Spot for Families, Beach Lovers, guests in town for a wedding or golf outing and who want to enjoy golfing, fishing, bike riding and tennis. Spacious, recently painted and updated with all new furniture - 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, pet-friendly condo sleeps 10 (3 king size beds and a queen-over-queen bunk bed - also available for your use are 2 queen-sized air mattresses, 2 infant's pack & play/cribs and a high chair) in the Avian Forest community (located directly across from and with free access to Litchfield By The Sea's private ocean beach). Large kitchen for entertaining with an island that seats 6, dining table for 10, and washer & dryer in the unit. The Avian Forest pool is a few steps from your front door and you’re a 2-minute drive from enjoying the private ocean beach at Litchfield By The Sea (plenty of free parking). In addition to the nearby beach at Litchfield By The Sea, Avian Forest is surrounded by golf courses (9 courses within 5 miles) and paved walking, bicycle and nature paths. We are about a 1-hour drive to Charleston; 5 minutes to Murrells Inlet; 10 minutes to Georgetown; and 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach. Our 1-car garage can accommodate up two 6-seater golf carts, bicycles, fishing gear, beach chairs, golf clubs, etc...

We very much enjoyed our stay! The layout of this property was great for kids and the beds were comfortable. This property is very kid accommodating with various size pack and plays, kids books, and a booster seat! The host was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo in a great location.

Thoroughly I enjoyed our stay in this nice condo. The location is great, and the amenities are nice with easy access pass to the beach. Short of not being directly on the beach, the location was perfect. Pricing is great for the accommodations. Owners are quick to respond about all needs and very kind.

Great place for family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. All items you need to cook and have a great family dinner big kitchen table. Bikes, games, kids pac and play great bonus. Plenty of towels , and beach towels. Love the location! Host where easy to reach with any questions.

Our family has been vacationing in Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island for close to 30 years and 2 years ago we finally decided to buy a vacation home and to share it with others so they too can create those same memories which our family has made over the years.

What makes this property unique

We are located in a quiet, family community (Avian Forest) directly across from Litchfield By The Sea (private, gated beachfront community) and its beautiful, private ocean beach, and we are surrounded by the tranquility of neighboring golf courses. As our guest, you have full access to the private ocean beach at Litchfield By The Sea - which has plenty of free parking. We often drive a golf cart (they can be rented for about $300/week) or ride the bicycles to the beach.
