Nice clean home just outside of the main stretch in New Paltz. My friends and I appreciated the playground, big comfy couch for relaxing, spacious rooms upstairs and air mattress downstairs. The artwork upstairs threw us for a loop but that's okay.

The most important note to share is that this property is a few miles outside of town, not right next to the campus like it was showing on the map (hopefully that gets fixed!). We really needed to be downtown for our stay and had quite a run around with the host and VRBO support when we were sent the actual address. I can't speak to the quality of the house, as we ended up booking elsewhere after our interaction. Hope the listing gets updated and future guests have a good idea of where they're going when they book!

The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay.
