Mountain Thunder Lodge is a Luxurious and Elegant Retreat, which is ideally Located in a quiet forest in Breckenridge one block parallel to Main Street. This million dollar townhouse is Ski-in / Gondola-Out and Walking Distance to Main Street. Featuring a Distinctive Stone-and-Timber Design and Superb Amenities which include: Exercise Facilities, Outdoor Heated Pool and Hot Tubs, Shuttle Service to town, Wireless Internet Access, and privileges at One Ski Hill that include bowling, indoor pool, billiard table, and private media room.

This townhome has the best Ski In location right next to the trial. The unit is an end unit which gives additional privacy and has a side yard which is great for kids to build a snow man, build a snow fort, or sled down a hill in the back yard. Walk to Main Street. Additionally the heated garage has been converted into a recreation room/ ski changing area complete with Ping Pong Table, Flat Screen TV, and commercial boot dryer. The kids can have their own area to hang out in!! (Note that there is no indoor parking because of this, but there is plenty of room for two cars to park on the driveway.) Our home is very kid friendly and we have a pack and play and high chair available.

The Townhome Features Fine Furnishings with Rich Fabrics and Warm Colors, Moss Rock Fireplace, Full Gourmet Kitchen, Blu-Ray Player, Multiple Flat Screen Televisions, and a Private Patio. This townhouse has been recently renovated with new flooring. The renter must be a minimum of 30 years old to rent this home and a copy of your drivers license is required.

Our family lives in St. Louis Missouri. Breckenridge offers a variety of activities which makes it a great place. In the winter we are skiing, sledding, or going on a dinner sleigh ride. In the summer we escape from the heat of St. Louis to bike, hike or ride the Alpine Coaster . Breckenridge has lots to offer.

Why Steve Carr chose Breckenridge

We vacationed at many ski resorts, but in the end we like the town of Breckenridge the best because it had so much variety of shops and restaurants. Mountain Thunder became our choice because we could ski home and walk to town. This location works great in both winter and summer.

What makes this townhome unique

Our home is geared for Families. It has two master Suites with King beds in each one and a bunk room with 4 beds. Further, we have converted the heated garage into a rec room that kids can hang out in complete with their own ping pong table, TV, and DVD player. Our home is made to create family memories.

Great ski in property.

Our third spring break here, spent 7 days! Love this place. Walking distance to Breckenridge and restaurants. Grocery store 4 blocks away. Walk across street to gondola in the morning and practically ski into the garage from 4'oclock run (have to cross driveway --to get to garage). Always love the man-cave heated garage with ping pong family tournaments. Loved the new boot warmers. It snowed 28 inches while there, so amazing skiing also!!

Kitchen great...cooked every night there. Coffee pot, crockpot, plenty of cooking pans available. Need a pair of scissors added to the utensil drawer.

New living room swivel chairs appreciated also. Clean place, comfy beds, assortment of pillows to choose from. Wifi good (important for husband's job).

Only thing may need done is ice maker dump and cleaned...bottom ice freezer burned.

Will book again next year!

We had a great time. Home is beautiful and the location is so solid if you are skiing. Better equipped than other homes we have rented in Breckenridge.

Great family house close to town and slopes

We went to the house with another family. There were six of us. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for our group. The garage rec room was great for the kids and for coming in with ski gear. We loved being on the shuttle route and being able to ski home at the end of the day.The staff was helpful and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend the house and would love to come again.

Effortless holiday townhouse chalet!

We just returned from a mini holiday retreat to Breck with our family. The rental was everything we expected and more! Firstly, the unit is extremely clean and well stocked. You could arrive and not worry about toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, soaps, kitchen wraps and zip lock baggies and pretty much any basic kitchen need was on hand. The location is ski in, right up to the front door and the valet shuttle service is only a phone call away so you remove all challenges with getting to and from the hill. Having the resort hotel property so close also allowed you to enjoy the facilities, pool, hot tubs and recreational items with simplicity as it is all within a short walking distance. If you want an early morning coffee its right at the hotel lobby next door and at no cost. The garage simplified the process of putting on and taking off your ski gear, keeping the wet mess outside and the best part of all was the ski boot heater so you never put on wet or cold boots in the morning. We had a wonderful time with our family, often walking to the main street to eat or to explore and having it all so nearby make it effortless. Thanks to the Carr family for sharing this amazing holiday townhome/chalet. I highly recommend it -it won't disappoint!

Amazing! Perfect for two families. Plenty of space and super convenient.

The location is perfect. The shuttle service was incredible. The condo itself exceeded expectations with all the comforts and utensils of home. The converted garage and ping pong table was a huge hit with the kids. We will be back!
