Winterpoint 17 is an extremely desirable location right on Peak 8 just 2 blocks East of the mountain! You walk up 4 O'Clock Road and arrive at the Snowflake Lift! Just 4 blocks from town you will have easy access to all Breckenridge has to offer. If you don't feel like walking the free town shuttle stop is just 100 yards from the unit and will take you all over the mountain and downtown.
This townhome has been completely refurnished and has a very cozy and spacious feel. With new granite and all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, it makes cooking a breeze. There is plenty of room in the dining room and kitchen for everyone to gather and enjoy meals comfortably. The tri-level layout creates a roomy yet connected feel for everyone to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes.
This Unit has 3 bedrooms; a King in the Master suite, one Queen in the second bedroom and three beds in the third bedroom, a twin over full bunk and a single twin bed. The sofa is also a Queen sized sofa sleeper for extra space if needed.
We're a family operated company as well as locals, so if there's anything you need during your stay we're a quick text or phone call away!

Great property in prime location
We had a group four that fit very comfortably, and this fit all our needs. Great location within 100 yards of Snowflake lift. 4 O'Clock run takes you all the way back to the condo, so great way to end the day. The property is in great shape, clean with attentive property management to attend to needs.

Perfect Location with all amenities
This rental is the perfect bang for your buck! Steps on a corner lot from the town shuttle. Is upgraded and not outdated. Has all amenities included. Enjoyed a few steaks on the gas grill and balcony. I will be a returning customer.

You really can't beat the location of this unit. It's an end unit right on the road, 1 1/2 block walk to the lift, 2 block walk to town. There's nothing exceptional about the unit itself. The beds are ok, the unit could use a little updating, but it has everything you need. The kitchen had decent cookware, the furniture was comfortable, the dining room is spacious, and the grill on the deck is a bonus. The living room heater struggled to keep up, but the fireplace more than made up for it and was very nice to have. A 2-stall garage for parking and ski storage was also very nice. We had 5 adults staying there and it was very comfortable. Of course most of our time was spent on the slopes or in town which is exactly why we choose this unit. I would definitely stay here again!
Great size, Great location, Awesome place to stay
The house was awesome. Large rooms and kitchen. Close to the slopes and the Main Street, I would recommend this house.

Property was central to everything we wanted to do. Easy ski in and out each day from the snowflake lift. House was very comfortable, furnished well and nicely updated
