Group Retreat with Theater & Hot Tub

We created this home as a special gathering place for our family—our five children and fifteen grandchildren—to come together, slow down, and make lasting memories in the beautiful cool pines of Heber.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed with large groups in mind, from spacious gathering areas to cozy private retreats, because we know how important it is to have room to connect AND space to unwind.

What started as a place for our own family has become something we love sharing with others. Whether you're celebrating a reunion, hosting a retreat, or simply getting away together, our hope is that your time here is filled with laughter, connection, and unforgettable moments.

Welcome to your private cabin compound, a modern rustic retreat designed for large groups to connect and create lasting memories. Our unique property features multiple buildings surrounding a central courtyard, giving your group ample space to gather together while still offering quiet, private areas to relax.

Main House
The central hub of the property, featuring a gourmet kitchen with a large island and double refrigerators, perfect for preparing group meals. The adjacent dining and living areas are designed for your whole group to relax in comfort around the massive stone fireplace.
Entertainment: Private movie theater with an entertainment bar for snacks and drinks.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed
Solarium Bedroom: Queen-size bed with peaceful views.
Bunk Room: Sleeps 8 with two full beds (each with a twin bunk above) and two additional twin sleeping spaces.

Detached Casita
A private guest suite offering extra privacy. It includes a queen-size bed and its own bathroom.

Two-Story Garage, Game Room & Apartment
Downstairs: A large gaming room with two 50 inch smart tv's, a Nintendo switch and access for your own gaming system. Comfortable recliners for all night gaming and basketball competition hoops, perfect for teens and game nights.
Upstairs Apartment: Sleeps up to 4 guests with one California King bed and a twin bed with a trundle. This area also includes a dedicated workspace for remote work needs.

Private Courtyard
The heart of the property, designed for outdoor enjoyment.
Relax in the bubbling hot tub under the pines.
