Our property’s 4th floor location is unique for both privacy and view. The main living area and both bedrooms have views of the beach and ocean without sacrificing personal privacy. The huge balcony overlooks the pool, beach, and ocean. Both bedrooms are “master” bedrooms and are equipped with king size beds. No need to worry about keeping up with condo keys. A personal custom code provides keyless access through the unit’s double doors.

WIFI is provided at no charge and includes a networked printer. All three televisions are flat screen, have DVD players, and access WOW cable TV, including HBO and Showtime. Netflix is also available. The main living area TV is 60”, the master bedroom TV is 52”, and the guest bedroom TV is 42”. Instructions are provided for using all the features of the home entertainment systems.

The En Soleil resort complex itself is upscale and luxurious. Resort landscaping and grounds, with waterfalls, expansive pool, and dual hot tubs, are all maintained in pristine condition. The resort is located at the quiet end of PCB with 24 hour gated security.

Two high-speed elevators, only steps away from your reserved underground parking space, take you to heated/cooled and carpeted hallways that lead to your elegant 1695sqft retreat.

Custom designed cabinetry houses the 60 inch flat screen smart TV, all ready for quick and easy game box connection. Two sets of sliding doors flank the fireplace mantel/hearth and lead to the balcony. Two more sets of sliding doors access the balcony from each bedroom. The kitchen is appointed with stainless appliances including an under counter icemaker, granite countertops, granite back-splashes, and wrap around granite bar. The dining room seats six comfortably, and the bar area accommodates five.

Both bedrooms have their own bath, king-size beds with designer bedding, flat screen TVs, DVD players, and walk-in closets. The master bath includes a huge glassed-in shower, whirlpool tub, separate water closet, double sinks, and dressing table.

The guest bathroom doubles as a powder bath, accessible from a hallway that connects the living area, bath, and bedroom without compromising the privacy of the guest bedroom and the guest’s private use of the bath.

A queen size automatic inflatable/deflatable bed is provided and there is ample room in the main living area to set up and use the bed without disturbing the living room arrangement or interfering with foot traffic flow.

The generous laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, ironing board, and iron. Maximum occupancy is 6. Unit has two king beds.

Two padded chaise lounges, a cast aluminum bar height table with four padded swivel bar chairs, and a built in gas grill fully equip the spacious balcony for dining and just enjoying the stunning views of the beach and pool. The unique orientation of the balcony provides plenty of shade from the sun while still allowing for private afternoon sunning.

All appliances are well maintained and in good working order. The kitchen has an under-counter ice maker, ceramic cook-top range, electric convection oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffeepot, Keurig, refrigerator with an ice maker and ice and water dispensers, dishwasher, a double sink with garbage disposal, and a motion sensor trashcan.

We live in Huntsville, AL, but visit our En Soleil condo regularly throughout the year and spend most of the winter there. We love the beach year around. Our six grown children and their families also love the condo and use it every chance they get. We strive to keep our property in top-notch condition for both our enjoyment and the enjoyment of our guests. We encourage you to text, call, or email us with any questions you may have. Once we receive final payment from you, we will mail you a 'Welcome Packet'. The Welcome Packet includes details about property and unit access, check-in and check-out procedures, WIFI access, TV system instructions, restaurant tips, etc.

Why John and Brenda Dennis chose Lower Grand Lagoon

We considered condos for sale along the entire coast of Florida and Alabama and when we found En Soleil we fell in love. We knew it was the resort we had been searching for when we exited the elevator, walked across the carpeted vestibule, and passed through the condo's double entry doors into the wide and open living area. We love that both bedrooms are beach front with beautiful views. The quiet location on Thomas Drive allows us to enjoy all that PCB has to offer and still avoid the crowds. We can visit our condo in the middle of the busiest times and are unaffected. Moderately priced restaurants are just across and down the street within walking distance. Quiet neighborhoods across the street are ideal for bicycling, and all the sites including Pier Park and historic Panama City are only a few minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

The 4th floor offers both privacy and views unmatched by other floors. When inside, the ocean and beach are visible throughout the condo without sacrificing personal privacy. Outside on the balcony, the entire expanse of the pool, beach, ocean, and landscape are yours to enjoy. The resort location is on the quiet end of PCB unaffected by busy season chaos, including spring break.

We had such a wonderful stay in your condominium! Everything was so lovely, and it seemed like you had thought of everything. Our favorite thing to do was watch the sunset from the balcon just before dinner. This was a much needed relaxing vacation. We hope to return again.

Wonderful place! Love En Soleil 412!

This place was more than you can imagine. The owners take great pride in their condo and take detail to the limit for you during the stay providing many things that you may need but have to go and purchase. The condo is beatifully decorated and they have a great tv in each room. The balcony furniture is top of the line and very comfortable. The sunsets from this place are incredible and the grounds are very clean and well groomed. Also, the security factor here is very nice and the guards actually do their job without hassling the guests. The fitness center is unbelievable and very convenient. When I first communicated with the owners I honestly thought this can't be as good as it seems but I can guarantee you that it was. They have an answer in the guest manual provided at the condo for anything you can imagine that could happen and provide you with cell phone numbers and email and encourage you to communicate if you have an issue. ( but we never had any reason to because they make everything seamless).

Great experience and we will stay here again!

We want to thank the owners for letting us enjoy their condo. We have been coming to En Soleil for the past 10 years. This condo was very well stocked with items you would have to go out and buy yourself. The grill was clean and in good working condition.The owners should be very proud of their condo. They take great pride in their ownership of this condo and really want the people renting to sit back, relax and enjoy. That's exactly what we did. By far the best.Thanks again and we will see you next year.

Shultz Family visit to En Soleil, Condo #412

We love En Soleil, Condo #412. This condo is beautiful and very well maintained. You can tell the owners' take pride in this condo. The condo's kitchen is very well stocked, with up-to-date appliances, and every cooking item and utensil you can imagine. The bathrooms are very clean, and well stocked with towels, washcloths, and blow dryers. We love the fact there is a gas grill right on the balcony of this condo. One night, we made smores, while another night we grilled meat and veggies for fajitas. The pool area is always clean and inviting. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis, have always been a pleasure to work with. August 2016 was our third visit to this condo, and we will definitely return again. We have toyed around with the idea of looking at other condos, but feel we will not find anything better than En Soleil, Condo #412. I have recommended this specific condo to our friends and family members.

412 En Soleil Property - Berg/Lynch Family Vacation

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying on this property. It was clean, luxurious and well stocked with all the comforts of home. We have stayed at several other En Soleil properties and this was, by far, our favorite. The owner has paid such careful attention to detail and has provided many extra touches that made our stay special.
