We chose this neighborhood because of its unbeatable location and convenience. It is just minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, making arrivals and departures easy and stress-free. The area is also very close to Florida Gulf Coast University, which is ideal for visiting families, students, and professionals.

We love being surrounded by great shopping and entertainment, including nearby malls, outlets, and the Hertz Arena for concerts and events. Sports fans will also enjoy being close to the Boston Red Sox Spring Training Field.
