Ideal for families, business travelers, relocations, events, and longer stays, this comfortable home keeps you close to Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field, Spectrum Center, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, parks, greenways, museums, breweries, dining, shopping, and local attractions.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a cozy living area with Smart TV and streaming access, free high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an allotted off-street parking spot.
Professionally cleaned between stays, the apartment is stocked with fresh towels, sheets, blankets, starter kitchen and bathroom supplies, a coffee maker, hair dryer, vacuum, iron, ironing board, and everyday essentials to help you settle in easily.
Self check-in is simple and secure with a Yale Smart Lock. Your personal entry code will be provided for the duration of your stay, so there are no keys to pick up, lose, or return.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and extra pets may incur added charges. Please tell us about your pet when booking so we can update your reservation.
Our team is available through the app during your stay. Optional mid-stay cleaning may be requested for an additional charge per cleaning.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any cookware, dishes or utensils that are used or load everything that's used into the dishwasher and insert a cleaning pod. The cleaning service will run a wash.
Close all windows and turn thermostat to 70 degrees in the warmer months. If cold weather, set thermostat to 62 degrees. Make sure door locks behind you.
Be sure all water is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to uptown. I had issues with the door handle at check in but the onsite maintenace worker took care of it as soon as he was able.

Very close to the greenway walking path, that actually takes you straight to the Bank of America stadium. Well lit area & neighborhood seemed pretty safe.

This property was clean and comfortable. The location was great close to downtown. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Only thing I would suggest is it needed more than one TV..

Patsy’s place is absolutely amazing, better than the pics in my personal opinion. The location is chef’s especially if you’d rather be closer to Downtown Charlotte. My only slight issue was the WiFi was constantly going in & out the 1st day of my stay however things were handled in a timely fashion. Patsy was also nice enough to allow me & my guest a late checkout. Add some body mirrors and this place for me would be a 10/10. But until then I would definitely stay at Patsy‘s place again!

Hubby and I were visiting Charlotte this weekend for a family function. This pet friendly townhouse was perfect for what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable, we were very pleased with these accommodations. Parking was great as we had our own designated spot and there were plenty of grassy areas to walk our pups. What really impressed me was the great customer service that was provided. I needed a hair dryer and one was not available as stated in the description of amenities. I contacted our host and a new one was delivered to us the next morning. Thank you so much for a great experience and we look forward to visiting again.
