Inside, tall ceilings and horse-themed décor create a space that feels both open and grounded.

The chalet’s open living area is designed for gathering and relaxing. A loft hangout offers a quiet spot for reading or games, while the main living room features a TV for evenings. A piano adds a thoughtful touch for those who enjoy music, and central heating and air conditioning help maintain a comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. WiFi is available for staying connected when needed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re starting the day with coffee or cooking dinner after exploring the area. A dining table provides a place to come together, share meals, or play games. Bar seating offers additional space for casual dining or conversation.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping options for up to six guests. On the main level, one bedroom features a queen bed, and another includes two twin beds. Upstairs, the king bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, offering a place to unwind at the end of the day. A second full bathroom is located on the main level. Bed linens, essentials, and clothing storage are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron for longer stays.
Outdoor living
Step onto the deck to take in the views, settle into the outdoor furniture, or prepare a meal on the BBQ grill. The hot tub offers a relaxing soak under the open sky. A hammock provides a quiet place to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Bryce Resort is about 10 minutes away, and Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive are within 15 minutes, offering opportunities for hiking and scenic drives. Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome dogs to join you on your getaway! Please note that due to allergies, we’re unable to accommodate cats. A $29 pet fee applies per furry friend, per night to help cover additional cleaning and care. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to hosting you and your pup!
Longer Stays
For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.
Please note: Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

Why they chose this property
We spent years searching for the perfect getaway, and wanted to be close enough to DC that we could do a day trip. We fell in love with the area – and this cabin in particular. We love how cute and cozy our cabin is, and all the fun outdoor activities we can enjoy year-round. :)
