About this property

Peaceful 2BR Forest Cabin Near Ark W/Fire Pit, Deck & Vaulted Ceilings

Set on 4 quiet, wooded acres just 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Anders Cabin is a 700 sq ft two-story retreat that gives you the feeling of being nestled among the trees—with bistro lights above and cardinals flitting through the branches around you. This modern cabin is thoughtfully designed with intention and warmth—featuring a striking black-and-white interior, nearly 20-foot vaulted ceilings, and peaceful forest views just beyond the windows.

Inside, you’ll find two restful queen bedrooms, each with its own TV. One bedroom features an electric fireplace, adding gentle warmth and ambiance for quiet evenings. The main living space includes a comfortable sectional and smart TV, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.

The kitchenette is fully stocked with essentials: stovetop, toaster oven (no full oven), microwave, Keurig, fridge, dishwasher, and cookware. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.

Step outside to the upper deck, where café seating and bistro lights invite you to play cards, sip wine, or stargaze surrounded by treetops. Toward the back of the cabin, you’ll find a peaceful fire pit area with Adirondack chairs—perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying quiet moments in nature.

Quiet, scenic, and filled with thoughtful details—Anders Cabin is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a serene Kentucky stay.

Children are welcome; however please be aware that the stairs to the loft are steep.

Cozy little cabin tucked down the windy forest roads. Perfect place for a few days to getaway. We stayed there as we took a road trip down to Orlando. Wanted to see the Ark and enjoy a day of rest. The cabin was the right size for the two of us. Steps to the loft are a little steep, but overall is a great design layout for the size of the cabin.

Thank you for sharing your delightful cabin. We not only enjoyed the cabin's pristine condition, but also the peace and quiet. It was the perfect blend of where modern convenience meets perfect rest. Our host was very responsive to our questions prior to our trip, which was greatly appreciated. We hope to be back soon.

David was very responsive. We had a situation that came up with the house and when I called he immediately handled the issue. The house is very cute and cozy. It was my mom and I which we were there to visit the Ark and museum. Everything was great. I would recommend bringing food as there are not many options for eating.
