Step outside onto the large private balcony to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Here, you can smell the salt air, hear the waves crashing below, and take in uninterrupted views of the turquoise Gulf and sugar-white beach stretching as far as the eye can see.

Many guests tell us the 8th-floor elevation truly is the sweet spot—high enough for expansive views, low enough to stay connected to the beach below, with less wind and quicker elevator access than higher floors.

Beach Lending Closet
To make beach days easy, our beach lending closet is stocked for guest use and typically includes beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, floaties, a beach bag, an insulated tote, a beach blanket, sand toys, some beach towels, and sunscreen.
Guests are asked to rinse and dry items at the outdoor showers before returning them neatly for the next guests.

Seaside Sanctuary PCB is a condo in Edgewater Beach & Golf resort sitting directly on a private stretch of powdery, sugar-soft sand in Panama City Beach. The beach here is known for sand that stays cool and soft underfoot, calm emerald-green Gulf waters, and plenty of room to spread out and unwind.
Enjoy morning walks, shell collecting, dolphin sightings, and sunset strolls as part of your escape.

Just outside the gated resort, you’ll find a wide variety of walkable restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. There are more than 50 dining choices within a one-mile radius, ranging from casual beach eateries and New York–style pizza to Cajun, Mexican, American cuisine, and upscale seafood restaurants. * Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking
* Primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay
* Valid government-issued ID required
* $300 refundable damage deposit hold prior to arrival
* No smoking or parties
* Booking includes Edgewater’s resort fee
* Parking included for up to two vehicles
* Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags). Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays
