I am retired former owner operator of a family owned tourist attraction here in Florida. Retired and love traveling this beautiful country but love coming home to our house on the Withlacoochee River.
Why they chose this property
Love this neighborhood for its peace and quiet. Listening to the frogs, owls, and crickets at night. Enjoying the river fishing, boating, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking during the day. Or just floating on a tube enjoying the Florida sun.

Far enough away from cities noises but not too far from shopping, dining, attractions, or airports.
