Summary:

This charming bi-level duplex combines historic character with modern amenities. With a cozy fireplace and unique layout, it offers a comfortable and inviting space. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the spacious deck with city views or prepare breakfast in the kitchen, which has two skylights for plenty of natural light. The location is perfect for both relaxation and exploration, with a park just a short walk away. Guests have full access to the apartment. The deck has a limit of five people for safety, and if special sleeping arrangements are needed, just let us know in advance. For security, there is a surveillance camera by the entry stairwell, and decibel monitoring devices are in the living room, dining area, and patio. Please note that the handrail leading up to the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area is mounted along the side wall (as shown in the photos), and this listing is not recommended for children or elderly guests. The apartment is older, offering unique charm, but with that comes small quirks, such as slower sink drainage and some sloped ceilings. If these details might affect your stay, we recommend considering other accommodations that meet your preferences. We want every guest to feel comfortable and believe in setting clear expectations. It’s a nice 2 bedroom option in a perfect location. The steps are somewhat challenging. The separate location of the living room allows some nice separation if you have 3 adults with 1 in the living room. Can’t beat the location!

We booked this apartment for 6 people and did not have accommodations for all guests. there were no extra blankets or pillows. When we asked for them, we were instructed to look in closets that just had fitted sheets. Two of our guests just had fitted sheets to sleep with.
