- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

- Sterling Breeze Resort offers convenient and secure parking designed to make your beach getaway as smooth as possible.
- Covered Parking Garage: A multi-level parking deck provides protection from the elements and easy access to the resort.
- Two-Car Limit: Each reservation includes parking for up to two vehicles, ideal for families or groups traveling separately.
- Amenity Fee: A $50 resort fee not included in booking fees, which covers parking passes and wristbands for resort access. Pre-registration is required.
- 24-Hour Security: The parking area is monitored to ensure guest safety and peace of mind.
- Direct Elevator Access: The garage connects directly to the resort's elevators, making luggage transport a breeze.
- The parking deck is located just across from the main building, with a covered walkway for added convenience.
