Just a native of the area and one who loves the outdoors and all that it has to offer. from stargazing too grounding and walking barefooted. And don't forget the binoculars for wildlife viewing.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood offers so much, just eight a minute drive to Historic downtown Lincolnton, and only a 45 minutes' drive to Charlotte. If you love the mountains, Crowders Mountain just a 20 miles drive. Grandfather mountain is just an hour and half drive. One of my favorite places to visit is Dan'l Boone Inn Family restaurant.
